Poets love words, but we love labels lots less. This video says why way better than I could. Thanks to N.E. White for preferring love, like I do. To me, this sounded like performance poetry, so I offer it as spoken poetry.
I agree. But we should also be understanding. Humans are very tribal and skin color was/is an easy way to divide (and conquer). The thing is, we have such a larger understanding of each other now, there’s no reason for it. It is just a mindset we need to break free from. I hope we can.
What an awesome video. I want to reblog this for World Poetry Day. I love it! Is that okay?

I love this piece. TY for sharing!
Powerful statement, and so true – who did teach us to say black and white – crazy really!
