I didn’t.
Easy to discount medieval science and medical practices nowadays. Fraught with superstition, religion and ignorance, it is hard for someone like me to give monks or anyone close to being called a healer during that time period any credit.
Of course, a thousand years from now, that’s probably what folks will think about doctors of today. 😮
